Construction Management

I offer construction management to the home owner. This can be as the General Contractor or to assist over seeing the project to insure the Design intent is being executed. Not all subcontractors are created equal. Follow up to ensure quality standards are met is very necessary. Here in Montana we enjoy minimal building inspections. This also can result in structures built with corners cut or tradesman that just don't know the right way to do things.
