Construction Management

I offer construction management to the home owner. This can be as the General Contractor or as a Superintendant over seeing the project to insure the Design intent is being executed. Not all subcontractors are created equal. Follow up to ensure quality standards are met is very necessary. Project planning, cost tracking and managing subs requires experience. These things keep a project on the time and cost estimate.
