Detailed documentation is critical to construction projects. I use state of the art solid modeling software to create a project combined with photorealistic rendering, you see an accurate view of what the finished product will look like. This yields a quick interactive workflow to develop the design and realize your vision. We communicate with 2d Drawings and a 3d viewer to shape the design until we find your desired solution. Choosing type of construction methods, heating ect. can be confusing. I have 40 years experience as a designer and builder, this qualifies me to guide customers in all aspects of the building process. I am known for innovative and creative design solutions. Once a design is agreed upon projects are then ported to documentation software to create construction documentation. I produce next level color drawing sets that are easy to read. Projects can be as simple or detailed as you my customer requires. No job too small, decks, patio and outdoor kitchens. A real layout will solve costly problems before the job starts. Site layout, Schematic Floor Plans, Electrical & Lighting, HVAC (MPE), Details, Elevations, Sections, Reflective Ceiling plans, Door and Window Schedules are all part of ensuring a quality project. The development starts with the 3D model, at this point major changes can be easily made before alot of time is invested in drawings. Then detail is worked out. Flooring, wall colors, siding and other decisions can be made and viewed via photo realistic rendering. Construction Documents are be generated to be submitted for permits and sent out for bid. Drawings are furnished in PDF format. Reduced sets and electronic files that can be viewed on any device. The Model is Geo-Located to its real location. Solar studies can be conducted to know the affect of the sun shining through windows or how overhangs affect the building on any day of the year at any time of day. Because of my long time experience in the building trades I know what contractors need. Dimensions are placed so the craftsman has to make few calculations. Color drawings make everything more clear. 3D details give even the layman an easy to read description of all aspects of the building. I support my projects until the build is complete working with engineers, planning department, sub contractors and suppliers as needed.
